Every piece of Aurora Aura jewelry is carefully crafted and inspected multiple times before shipping. To date, we have not encountered any confirmed product quality issues. Please shop with confidence.

Ⅰ. 14-Day Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Before returning an item, please email serve@auroraaurajewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Ⅱ. Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused;
• Free from scratches, marks, damage, or alterations;
• Returned with the original tags and packaging;
• Returned with all accessories, certificates, and gifts included in the order.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or receive a reduced refund.

Ⅲ. Quality Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number;
• A complete unboxing video showing the unopened package, shipping label, packaging, and product;
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange courier collection and cover the return shipping cost.

If a replacement is required, we will also cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.

Ⅳ. Non-Quality Returns & Exchanges

If you request a return or exchange because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or for another non-quality reason:

• You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us;
• We cover the original shipping cost of sending the order to you and will not deduct it from your refund;
• For an exchange, we will also cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Please use a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during customer-arranged shipping.

Ⅴ. Customized Items

Customized, engraved, personalized, or specially made products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons.

If a customized product has a confirmed quality issue or was made incorrectly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the required unboxing video and supporting photos or videos.

Ⅵ. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue the approved refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Most orders will be completed and shipped within 15 business days, while complex custom pieces may require additional time.

Normally, standard delivery to Asia takes 3-7 working days, and delivery to other countries takes 5-14 working days.
