1. Delivery and Shipping

1) Do you provide global delivery?
Yes, most countries enjoy free delivery. If your country is not on the list, please contact customer service for consultation.

2) How long does delivery take?
Normally, standard delivery to Asia takes 3-7 working days, and delivery to other countries takes 5-14 working days.

3) How do I track my order?
We will provide a tracking number after shipment, and you can check the logistics status through the courier tracking page in the main menu at the top of the site.

  

2. Return and Exchange Policy


1) How do I return or exchange?
You can apply for a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product, and the sales data must be attached and the product must be in a new, unworn state. Personalized products are final sales unless there is a quality problem.

2) Is there an additional fee for returns or exchanges?
If the return is not due to quality issues, you need to bear the return shipping costs. If the return is due to quality issues, we will be responsible for the shipping costs.

  

3. Jewelry and maintenance

18k gold:18k gold jewelry can be worn for life as long as it is kept dry.
