 Aurora Aura offers practical repair support to help you enjoy your jewelry with confidence.

Ⅰ. 5-Year Warranty

1. What Is Covered

For manufacturing defects or non-human damage, each piece is eligible for up to three complimentary repair services within five years. Coverage includes professional cleaning and polishing, plus re-setting small lost accessories of the same quality. Main stones are excluded.

2. Shipping Costs

You cover the cost of sending the jewelry to our repair center. For approved warranty repairs, Aurora Aura covers the repair and return shipping.

Ⅱ. What Is Not Covered

1. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover accidental impact, improper wear, chemical or cosmetic damage, or repairs and alterations performed by third parties.

2. After Five Years

We can still assess your jewelry and recommend a suitable paid repair solution. Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable repair charges are the customer’s responsibility.

1. Contact Us

Visit our Contact Us page with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue. We will confirm eligibility and provide the repair address.

2. Send Your Jewelry

Pack the piece securely and use a trackable shipping service. Please do not mail jewelry before receiving instructions from our customer care team.
