Orders to most of our countries include shipping and taxes (see below for a detailed list). If your country is not on the list, please contact our customer service for consultation and we will provide corresponding support.

Every piece is made brand-new exclusively for you after your order is placed—from stone selection and precious-metal work to final setting. Something made especially for you is worth the wait. Most orders will be completed and shipped within 15 business days, while complex custom pieces may require additional time.

Ⅱ.Express delivery time

Normally, standard delivery to Asia takes 3-7 working days, and delivery to other countries takes 5-14 working days.
