Our care for your jewelry doesn’t end when it leaves our hands.

Every Aurora Aura piece includes 3 complimentary care services within 5 years. A piece made to hold an important memory deserves to be cared for long after it arrives.

Ⅰ. Complimentary Care

Your complimentary care may include:

• Professional cleaning
• Polishing
• Setting inspection and tightening
• Minor adjustments
• Ring resizing, where the design allows

Ring resizing availability and range depend on the individual design.

Ⅱ. Shipping

First care service: Aurora Aura covers round-trip shipping.

Second & third services: You cover shipping to us; we cover the care service and return shipping.

Ⅲ. Repairs

Manufacturing or quality issues are handled at our cost and do not count toward your 3 complimentary care services.

Major accidental damage, lost main stones, or damage caused by third-party repairs may require a separate quote.

Ⅳ. Request Care

Contact us with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the service you need.

We’ll review your piece and confirm the available care options before you send it to us.
