Return & Exchange Policy

Ⅰ. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package within 48 hours of delivery.

If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us at serve@auroraaurajewelry.com as soon as possible.

We will cover the return shipping cost for damaged or wrong items.

Orders not reported within 48 hours will be considered in good condition.

Ⅱ. Non-Quality Returns – 14 Days

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please email us at serve@auroraaurajewelry.com to submit your return request.

We will provide a prepaid return label within 72 business hours.

For some countries/regions where prepaid return labels are unavailable, please cover the shipping cost first and provide a receipt. We will reimburse you after receiving the return.

Ⅲ. Refunds

Once your return is received and confirmed to meet the return conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Ⅳ. Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, and include all original tags, packaging, and any accompanying accessories.

• Customized items (such as engraved pieces) are not eligible for return.

• Please use the original packaging for returns. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.
